Our production process is known in the industry as compounding, which in simple terms means that we mix different plastic materials, additives, and reinforcements.
The raw plastic material is melted and while in that state a number of different raw materials are accurately distributed and mixed in to achieve an end product that is a quality-specific, dust-free and homogeneous plastic granulate.
To ensure high efficiency and good quality it is important for us to have modern, reliable and well-maintained production equipment. We primarily use the latest technology – double-screw extruders.
Technology and technological development have always played a central role in our production. Developing and improving our production equipment is an ongoing process. However, the greatest gains in efficiency and quality are not achieved by focusing solely on technology, but by focusing on our employees. We have coined the expression "70% of our development potential is attributable to the human factor and 30% to technology."
All development, including technical development, is created by humans – without doubt, our engaged and talented personnel are our greatest asset.
