Tachographs for buses and trucks.

The tachographs measuring ao distance and speed is an integrated part of the dash board in modern buses and trucks of today. This means that the material demands are fully comparable to other interior parts for automotive applications. One example is the fact the front of the tachograph is an ”snap on” function and this means that the dimensional stability in different temperatures is important. A loosening front creating bad noise would be highly disturbing… Also having a low warpage is important when producing a frame type part like this.
Good processing properties in combination with a scratch and impact resistance results in a good looking and durable product. The transparent display window is ultra sonic welded in place.
