Polykemi is and has always been a family business. But for us, that does not only refer to the ownership of the company, it's a workplace culture. Our origin has served us well, and we want to continue to create a sense of togetherness in our company.
With his experience and heart in the production, Herman as CEO Sweden, with the responsibility for the operations in Ystad, want the company to continue to grow while maintaining the values that define it.
Global Growth Through Experience - Oscar Hugoson
Growing up with Polykemi Group, the company roots run deep in the third generation. They have been there for many milestones, giving them experience and a deep understanding of the business as they will guide the company’s growth across three continents.
Oscar is the new CEO Global of Polykemi Group, and he will be will focusing on connecting all the companies, big and small, strengthening synergies, and contribute to the overall global strategy.
